General principle
We want learners to feel confident purchasing AceDevHub products. Refund terms will be clearly stated on each product page and checkout flow before you pay.
Expected refund window
When paid courses and premium access launch, AceDevHub intends to offer a reasonable refund window for first-time purchases — typically within the first 7–14 days of purchase, provided substantial course content has not been consumed beyond a fair preview threshold. Final terms will be published at launch.
Non-refundable cases
- Purchases made outside official AceDevHub checkout
- Accounts terminated for terms violations
- Promotional or specially priced bundles where stated as non-refundable
Waitlist vs purchase
Joining a course waitlist is free and does not create a purchase obligation. Waitlist membership alone is not eligible for refunds because no payment is collected.
How to request a refund
When paid products are live, refund requests should be sent to sangammukherjee2022@gmail.com from the email associated with your AceDevHub account, including your order reference.
